Shorinji Kempo 10th Anniversary Taikai (1957)
The 10th Anniversary All Japan Taikai was held on March 23, 1958, at Takamatsu City Sports Hall in Kagawa, supported by the Educational Boards of Takamatsu City and Kagawa Prefecture, Prefectual Government, a local TV station, a newspaper company, and others, attended by nearly 7,000 audience. More than 90 percent of the members of Shorinji Kempo were residing in Kagawa Prefecture at the time of this event; however, 60,000 people had joined the organization by the 10th anniversary.
