At the end of May the (30 and 31) the Portuguese federation organized the "2009 Shorinji Kempo Gasshuku Lisboa Portugal" under the direction of Hiroshi Aosaka Sansei assisted by Didier Camp Sansei .

The event toke place in the village of Oeiras, a quiet place by the sea.

With the presence of 105 kenshi, a fabulous atmosphere of dedication and cooperation was built among all presents.

During the two intensive training days, everyone listen and experienced the teachings of Aosaka Sensei with profound dedication and commitment, taking the best profit of his knowledge.

From kihon to philosophy, the Portuguese kenshi the review their "curriculum" with a newborn spirit.

A particular environment of interior strength was felted during the practice of Tan'en; as a solo person, with a single kyai, the movements flow as an enormous wave plain of energy and determination.

All branches masters were presents with their students, and under the supervision of Aosaka sensei, they rotated between learning with the sensei and teaching to the youngest ones. A fabulous dynamic was created with the energy of Aosaka sensei. A simple and energetic process, keeping everyone working as different parts of the all.

As always the traditional the "Friendship Dinner" took place during the night between the two days. Laughs, gifts speeches, and naturally good food were there. A friendly atmosphere around the table makes it a very pleasant moment.

At the of the study session we can see happy faces all around. It was a success. And we were looking forward for the 2010 Gasshuku.
