Grading tests for each camp week are conducted on the day before the camp week starts, and the results are announced at the closing ceremony of the same camp week.

| Participation Fee |
(1) Training Camp Participation Fee: 5,250yen / week
(2) Lunch: 2,800yen (700yen x 4 days)
(3) Accommodation: 5,000yen/night (shared by two or more people), including 500yen for breakfast and 1,300yen for dinner at a ryokan arranged by WSKO Secretariat. |

WSKO Secretariat has sent out the application form for the Hombu Training Camps to each WSKO branch master. Send it to WSKO Secretariat through your branch master by the deadline stated above. If your country has the national federation, your application should be approved by your federation president.

| Interpreters |
WSKO Secretariat staff can help you in Japanese or English. However, we are unable to attend you at classes of techniques or lectures. Arrange your own interpreter if you think necessary. |
| Dan Grading Examination |
If you wish to take a Dan grading examination, please submit your exam application to WSKO Secretariat through your branch master by two months prior to the event. We will inform your branch master whether or not you are qualified to take the exam. If your country has the national federation, your application should be made through your federation.

| Attendance number to be qualified to take Dan Grading |
Your attendance at a Hombu Training Camp is counted as one attendance at a study session, which is asked to be qualified to take a Dan grading. Please note that if you attend training camps more than once in one year, your attendance is regarded as one attendance.

| Internet Access |
No internet access or available computer can be provided at Hombu and in neighbouring towns. (Many participants bring mobile devises from home.) Please give your family the e-mail address of the WSKO Secretariat so that they can reach you in case of emergency. |
