Early morning run and Shorinji Kempo practice with breaks for meals. Practice focuses primarily on basics but includes all components of Shorinji Kempo - kihon, goho and juho hokei, embu and un'yoho. After dinner participants talk about Shorinji Kempo philosophy. All participate in taking care of each other, cooking meals, and cleaning together.
