To Organizers of Joint Training Camps

If you are planning a training camp attended by two branches or more, please send one of the forms below.

A training camp attended by two branches or more within one country
- The person responsible for the training camp is required to submit "Notification of Plan to Hold a Training Camp" to the Board Chairperson by one month prior to the opening of the camp.

A training camp participated by two or more countries
- The person responsible for the training camp shall submit "Application for Permission to Hold a Training Camp" along with "Detailed Plan of Training Camp" to the Board Chairperson by 3 months prior to the opening of the camp.
