WSKO Council Meeting
The Council Meeting of the World Shorinji Kempo Organization for the fiscal year 2002 was held at Japan's Tokyo Garden Palace Hotel on February 17, 2003.
It was attended by President Yuuki So, Board Chairperson Tsunehiro Arai, Secretary-General Takehisa Urata, Councilor John McCulloch from Canada, Councilor Yuji Harada from U.S.A., Councilor Clovis Guimaraes de Souza from Brazil, Councilor Yasue Kadowaki from U.K., Councilor Anders Pettersson from Sweden, Councilor Maurizio Carugati from Italy, Councilor Timbul Thomas Lubis from Indonesia, and Councilor Masanori Nagata from Japan.
Revision of the WSKO statutes and bylaws, as well as the operation of the organization according to the revision, was discussed at the meeting.

This meeting was the first opportunity for all the WSKO Council members, who had been selected at the WSKO Board Meeting and WSKO General Meeting held in France in April 2001, to meet together.
