Spring Training Camp at Headquarters, Week C

Week C of the Shorinji Kempo Headquarters Spring Training Camp was held for 4 days from March 13 - 16, 2007, attended by 418 Kenshi from 42 university branches in Japan. Fifteen instructors taught the participants in the camp.






On the 4th day, the last day of the camp, the participants had a closing ceremony. Those who passed the grading test received their certificates on the stage, and Mr. Tsunehiro Arai, President of the Shorinji Kempo Federation, gave his address to the young people.

Then all the participants made a circle standing side by side. Some of the students volunteered to show their demonstrations in the center of it, not just limited to Shorinji Kempo embu but with their originality added. They all sang the theme song of Shorinji Kempo "Deep Within Each Man", enjoying the last minutes together with their comrades.
