Japan Budo Delegates in Poland
The Japan Budo Delegates, consisting of the organizations which belong to the Japan Budo Council, visited Poland for its Japan Week in Warsaw on October 30, 2007, for the purpose of contributing to the international friendship through budo.

This delegation was participated by Judo, Kendo, Kyudo, Sumo, Karatedo, Aikido, Shorinji Kempo, Naginata, Jukendo, Kobudo, Ryukyu kobujutsu, Hontai Youshin Ryuu Juujutsu.
The demonstration & workshop was given at the Torwar Central Sports Center, Warshaw, attended by 3, 000 visitors.
The 6 representatives of Shorinji Kempo were Mr. Akihiro Mori, Mr. Shunji Utsunomiya, Mr. Tomomi Miyamoto, Ms. Masako Oka, Ms. Chiemi Mii, and Mr. Masaharu Kousaka, who presented tan'en (solo form), application of juho techniques, goho kumi-embu, and free kumi-embu.
After the demonstration, each budo group offered a workshop. Although Shorinji Kempo has no branch in Poland, some of the participants chose Shorinji Kempo to experience it for the first time.
