Week C of the Shorinji Kempo Headquarters Summer Training Camp was held for 4 days from September 8th to 11th, 2009, attended by 102 Japanese university students of 9 branches, one from Brazil, one from Spain, and one from U.S.A., one from Sweden, one from U.K., and four from Finland.

Mr. Evandro Schuster, Farroupilha Branch Master of Brazil, is attending the camp for his third and last week. He has been the responsible leader of the members from non-Japanese branches all through the summer camps.

Mr. Fujio Yamaguchi, Branch Master of the Las Palmas Branch of Spain also helped other participants with his long teaching experience.

Mr. Hiroshi Morita, from the Phoenix Branch, U.S.A., provided good language supports to others.

Mr. Eric Imamura, Stockholms Studenter Branch, Sweden, joined the camp after attending the events in Bali in July.

Mr. Cedric Reimers, Mayfair Branch, U.K., passed his 3rd kyu test during the camp week.

From Finland, Mr. Timo Maki-Kuutti, Ms. Kati Maki-Kuutti, Ms. Kirsi Maki-Kuutti from the Jyvaskyla Branch, and Ms. Tiina Tikanoja from the Helsinki Branch attended the Week C, feeling relieved to find the weather in Tadotsu is cooler this year than the last summer.
