Special Dan Grading

Special Dan Grading (Seikenshi 4th Dan and above) was held at the headquarters of the Shorinji Kempo Federation, Tadotsu, Japan, on Sunday, September 28, 2003.

Mr. Naoki Kaku and Mr. Masakiyo Suzuki, San Francisco Branch, received 5th Dan Certificates.

208 applicants (141 for 4th Dan, 67 for 5th Dan) from Japanese branches took grading examination, and from outside of Japan, 2 Kenshi from San Francisco Branch passed the 5th Dan.
