      5. Eligibility<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Participants must be active WSKO members, aged 16 or older, and hold 1st Kyu or above.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Note: Members below 2nd Kyu may also attend, but please understand that the content may not match their level.<\/p>\n

      6. Number of Participants<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Limited to 200 (on a first-come, first-served basis)<\/p>\n

        8. Languages<\/strong><\/p>\n

        The event will be conducted in Japanese and English.<\/p>\n

        If you are not proficient in either language, please bring a kenshi who can interpret.<\/p>\n

        9. Study Session Record<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Attendance will be officially<\/strong> recorded for eligibility toward Dan and Hokai examinations.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        10. Travel Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

        (1) Travel Arrangements:<\/p>\n

        Participants are responsible for their own international airfare and domestic travel (e.g., JR trains).<\/p>\n

        (2) Accommodation:<\/p>\n

        Participants must make their own hotel reservations via booking sites.<\/p>\n

        WSKO will not provide recommended hotel information.<\/p>\n

        (3) Insurance:<\/p>\n

        All participants must purchase overseas travel insurance. Minor injuries during practice will be treated with first aid. Any illness or injury requiring hospital treatment must be covered by your own insurance.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        11. Administrative Procedures<\/strong><\/p>\n

        (1) Special Dan Examination<\/p>\n

        Ranks: 4th Dan, 5th Dan, 6th Dan, 7th Dan<\/p>\n

        Original application form must arrive at WSKO by September 21, 2025<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        Applicants must submit the original application form (with photo attached) to their Branch Master.<\/p>\n

        The Branch Master will submit it to the National Federation Secretariat if approved.<\/p>\n

        Once approved by the Federation, it should be mailed to the WSKO Secretariat.<\/p>\n

        *In countries without a national federation, the Branch Master should send it directly to WSKO.*<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        \u00a0[Note] Branch Masters may only apply for ranks above 6th Dan if they have received examination notification from SHORINJI KEMPO UNITY.<\/p>\n

        Branch Masters cannot apply for higher ranks on their own.<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        (2) Dan Examination (For Associate Group Member Countries Only)<\/p>\n

        Ranks: 2nd Dan and 3rd Dan<\/p>\n

        Original application form must arrive at WSKO by September 21, 2025<\/p>\n

         <\/p>\n

        12. Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n

        An invoice will be sent by email via PayPal in early September.<\/p>\n

        Please make payment accordingly. PayPal handling fees will be added.<\/p>\n

        (2) Examination Fee<\/p>\n

        This will be invoiced by SHORINJI KEMPO UNITY in May or June 2026, along with the fees for the second half of FY2025.<\/p>\n
